Title: AI & The Ageless Mind: Charting the Future of Healthspan and Cognitive Wellness

Abstract: This talk covers the exponential trends in the rising Age of Biotech. The confluence between Big Data, AI and bio+health are transforming the landscape of what we we can do for our own lives and what's soon to come. Automation and rise of a trillion sensor world are changing what we can discover and what we can do to impact the future of health and, in particular, our the health of our minds.

Bio: Michael Gillam, M.D., FACEP is dual-board certified in emergency medicine and medical informatics. He trained, practiced and taught at Northwestern in Chicago. He served as Chief Digital Officer for Fountain Life, a company focused on healthspan, wellness and longevity. He previously served as a partner level executive in Microsoft and was the former founding director of the Microsoft Healthcare Innovation Lab.

Dr. Gillam has served as Chair of Informatics for both the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine and the American College of Emergency Physicians. As faculty for "big data" at Singularity University, he has lectured to thousands of executives on big data strategy.  He currently serves as CEO of HealthLab, a contract data innovation company and building a healthcare "marketplace-as-a-service" platform.
