Jeffry Tillery, M.D.

Dr. Tillery is the president of OSF Medical Group and has overall responsibility for the performance growth and transformation. It comprises more than 1,300 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, practicing across 175+ practices and nine service lines.

In collaboration with operations and OF Medical Group leaders, he manages outcomes related to quality, safety, experience, finance and service through the engagement and development of a culture where clinicians are connected to the OF HealthCare Mission, Vision and Values.

Dr. Tillery led the implementation of our service line structure and function, focusing on excellence by developing care standards and best practices in collaboration with market leadership. The delivery system redesign improved the provision of care while responsibly managing OF resources.
